At Discovery Church our purpose is to alleviate suffering through the life of Jesus Christ. Whether we are feeding the homeless, praying for the failing marriage of a business professional, or leading a recovery group, our desire is to bring the healing life of Christ into every situation. We accomplish this through our network of Life Groups that grow around three pillars: mission, community and discipleship. We desire to be a church that is focused outside our building and beyond our established meeting on Sunday by serving the community, participating in Life Groups, and living benevolently among society. We continually gauge ourselves by asking, “If we closed our doors tomorrow, would anyone other than our members notice?”
