What is the refund policy?
DConline has a “No Refund” policy. It is the responsibility of the doctor to complete the course in the time you enrolled in. The course CEU credit is only provided for the actual time you are in class. There will be no refunds of tuition fees for non-completion of a course. To be considered for a refund the request must be submitted in writing.
Is lecture recording allowed?
There is no video or audio recording allowed.

How will my credit hours be recorded and reported?
Credits earned through DConline courses are accredited through a PACE or CCE approved College. You will receive a report of your CEU activity upon completion of the course for the actual hours of attendance. You can expect to receive the actual credit for the time you invest! The rules and regulations of state licensing boards are followed without exception.
Will notes be provided?
A complete set of notes will be provided for you.
