Policy and Procedures

Registration for any course or program implies that you have read and understand the following policies.

Accreditation

Successful completion of coursework leads to a CEU certificate of attendance (for CEUs) from a CCE approved Chiropractic College.

Approvals/CE Credit

CE is applied for in many states. Not all states approve all courses. It is the learners responsibility to confirm specific State approvals. For information regarding approvals, please contact DConline or your State board prior to registering. CE hours will be granted for the number of hours a doctor is in attendance at the seminar. Late arrivals and early departures will affect the amount of CE earned.

Audio and Video Taping: Audio and video taping are not permitted.

Auditing Seminars: Auditing DClive seminars is not permitted. Registration is not contingent on whether or not an attendee desires CE credit. All attendees must officially register for seminars.

Live Seminar Cancellations: Every attempt is made to offer programs as advertised. DConline reserves the right to adjust the speaker, program, location, dates, times, etc. to accommodate unforeseen weather, faculty or student needs. We will make every effort to contact registrants with any changes prior to the program. DConline is not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants if a program is cancelled or altered. Registrants may contact DConline at any time for updated seminar status.

Disabilities: DConline is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and state and local requirements regarding students with special needs. We request at least ten working days to allow us to make accommodations.

Materials: All courses include a complete set of notes.

Prerequisites: All attendees must meet course prerequisites as needed.

Pricing: See course descriptions for details.

Registration: Enrollment for our distance-based CE courses can be done online through our course catalog. Registration for our Sports Programs can be done by submitting a complete registration form or by calling 712-260-2507.

Course Term/Duration:

Our courses run on annual terms with the calendar year. Therefore, your course(s) must be completed within the calendar year you register for it. If you register for a course and are not able to complete it within the term, you may request to be transferred to a new term.  A $30 course transfer fee will be applied to approved requests.

Refunds: We understand that circumstances may arise that lead to the need for a refund, and we want to provide clarity on our refund policy for our online CE courses. Tuition refund requests will only be considered if the following parameters are met:

  1. The individual’s time spent in the course is less than 60 minutes as noted on the Time Activity tracker in the course.
  2. The request is submitted in writing via email within ten business days of entering the course.

All approved refunds will be subject to a $30 LMS and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy.
