New York CE Requirements (as of 1/9/26)

36 hours required every 3 years. All hours may be earned online but must include interaction with the instructor (PACE categories: Live or Live Webinar). Max 12 hours without instructor interaction — this is what the courses listed below fall under

Required Subjects:

  • 12 hrs in patient communications, record keeping, and matters of law and/or ethics relevant to chiropractic practice
  • Balance may be in professional and clinical skills relevant to chiropractic practice

  • Managing Concussions
  • Mental Health Issues and Psychology
  • Treating with Stem Cells Injections
  • Diagnosing diseases and treating diseases with Nutrition
  • Functional Medicine
  • Treating with genetics and epigenetics
  • CBD, Hemp Oils and Medical Marijuana
  • Treating Addictions
  • Treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, dyslexia and learning disabilities
  • Acupuncture
  • Treating Animals
  • Practice Management courses
  • Ethics or Law courses that review laws or ethics of states other than New York State
